Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. At any point in the shipping or processing process you can check the status of your order using the tracking information in your email or reaching out to our customer service team using our contact page. This will provide you with any and all tracking updates related to your order. Tracking information can take a few days to update after an order has been shipped, so if your tracking information is not yet available, try again in a few days.


Shipping times vary greatly depending on fluctuating demand for certain products. That being said, we will ship your products to you as soon as they are ready, including in separate packages, at no extra cost to you.

Fashion Wizz ships internationally, so depending on where you live, our products may be sourced from overseas. We do this to provide you, our customer, with the best deal possible, and thus the shipping times for our products will usually range between 10-15 business days, a factor ultimately dependent on the shopping season, high demand for these products, shipping country, and other recent unforeseeable factors such as wildfires or post office workers strikes.

We work hard to ensure that customers' orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, once the orders have been shipped, the packages are in the hands of the postal services, and there is no way for us to modify orders or speed up delivery times. 

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons

- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.

- High risk of fraudulent order detected by our security systems

- The order is pending a credit approval and verification.

- A PayPal check was used and the payment has not yet cleared

- A product is currently out of stock.

- An order requires customization.

Additionally, customs can occasionally hold up a package for a few days. Because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and, if it does, it will be handled efficiently.
